I am going to try and make sense out of all this. I am scared to death...the bankers with the Security at US Banks told me they could put a warrant for me if I dont pay my debt but what happend was I had a company that my company did work for. They have been 2 years out all of a sudden I started getting checks, so I put them in my bank and deposited them. They cleared so I thought... spend someof the money for other jobs we are doing and what not it. Fees and everything is about 220000. They alllllll got send back as no good and my bank says it my fault and that they wont drop any charges they put on my accounts or help make it a loan to pay it off...I already made a police report with the fraud but what Id like to know is what can happen to me NO way can a person pay that all at once... they are trying to make me I cant even get a loan they wont even give me a secure loan with my Honda Odyssey as collateral.

Any help would be great..thanks

My best advice--from experience in banking and other sectors--is to walk into the bank, and ask for an appointment to speak with the bank president. When you speak to him or her, explain to them the entire scenario. Your fate really rests in their hands at that point, but they are your best shot at mercy.

Op,

Is that $220,000.00 or $22,000? You do know where these people are right? I would think you could file criminal charges for fraud! I hope you get it resolved!
