I sent in a dispute on July 31st and was checking back on the status. Initially whenever I called someone would pick up immediately. But now you hear the recording as if they were closed. I even called the headquarter's number and it's the same thing. Did they finally get shut down with fraudulent practices tongue.gif , could they really be that busy with disputes? Has anyone experienced this lately?

I do know that they break the law continuously and one person has informed me that they have filed a law suit against them last week

I did get through on Friday (15th) and was told that BoA of course, had yet to respond to my allegations. 15 more days to go.
