I followed your steps with the pre-Hipaa letter, then letter to OC with the bank money order, CMRR. It is going on two weeks and no return receipt yet, and the bank said they dont check if funds have been cashed until after 90 days.

And I know for a fact that it only takes one day for a letter to get to the location in question (two days tops) ......so why havent I received the return receipt.....

DOnt know what to do next...

When you received the results back from the Pre Hippa Letter from the CRA, what did it say?

I hate the green cards, most of the time I never get mine back.
I know all bank are different but mine was really great, they were able to tell me when the cashiers check was cashed.

Go on line to the tracking system for the PO and check to see if it was delivered.

No, this one is a valid debt...it is for only 60.00 dollars. They sent the bill to the wrong address. Anyway, I sent the Hipaa letter to the original creditor. With a bank money order for the balance.

You should be able to track it on line.

HIp HIp Hooray...it worked and this collection is now removed from all of my credit reports!!!!
