I got my chex report and it's clean, but it has inquiries on there under the part where it says initiated by consumer, but I didn't. For example there is one from Wolpoff and Abramson that I did not initiate. How can I get this removed?

Yes you can send in a dispute and request removal stating that the information is not accurate and that you never initiated this action
