I just filled out an application for an accont at City Bank of Lubbock. I had read by trying a smaller bank you may not be denied if you were in check systems. I was wondering if anyone on this forum has heard of the bank or if anyone has applied and been approved.

I have heard of them yes and yes they use chexsystems. They will sometimes approve if the debt is shown as paid and the report does not have any fraud indicated on it.
