A month ago when I sent in my initial medical DV's to the CRA's (on their lovely stationary with teal font) I got my results back - The 6 on EX were verified, The 3 on Equifax were verified, and 3 on TransUnion were verified and 3 were deleted.

What exactly happened in this process. Did the CRA'S contact the CA for these? If so, how can 3 of them have been deleted with TU and yet get verified with the other 2? I am just not sure I understand the whole verifying/validating process with the CRA's.

I have the follow up HIPPA Dv to the CA out right now and I have 14 days left to hear from them hoping that they send me all of the information I am requesting because I am still not sure who these bills are for. I am just curious if those that fell off of the TU so easily might happen to fall off of the others or if the other verified them if they might pop back up on TU.

Thanks for your help!

Stephanie

The medical dispute letter is designed to take advantage of the new FACTA regulations.
There is a "pinned" topic at the top of this forum that explains the rules and the reasons why a dispute to the CRA SHOULD get you a CORRECT and complete verification from the reporting CA.

So when the 30 days are up I can raise a ruckus if I haven't finally got some sort of explanation of these bills and who they were originally for? Or are they gonna start something saying that I didn't dispute within the first 30 days (even though we never received anything)? I am just getting so dejected with the fact that these people want money but won't even tell us who the dang bill is even freakin' for! And now I am afraid of re-aging (even though I don't know if it is even possible - my question is on another thread somewhere - I have lost track). If another JDB buys these when they fall off and this starts over again you might hear about some crazy Florida woman jumping off of a cliff somewhere!!! Just kidding of course!
