Full Version: can CA do this?
There is small collection agency here in our town that has taken some old medical bills from when my husband was out of work and posted them as joint accounts and attatched them to MY credit report. Can they do that even if i did not sign anything claiming to be resposnbile for his bills (even tho we are married)???

No, it is not allowed.
How old are these accounts??
Are they on your husband's credit reports also??
Opt out( on both your reports)
Send any CRA where these accounts of his are reporting on YOUR reports the medical dispute letter;
