Full Version: Anyone have a shorter HIPPA letter?
I have to send out another round of letters and I was wondering if anyone has a letter that has worked that doesn't have so much wording on it? This particular facility that I'm sending it to I don't believe is reading the whole thing and not doing what they should. Thanks.

Is this on your credit reports?? Have you sent the medical dispute letter FIRST??

The medical dispute letter is an ESSENTIAL first step, ( besides opting out and deleting old addresses)
Tried to remove old address (I believe you mean the old address the medical provider used long time ago), but CRA says that they cannot be removed. Suggestion, please?
