I need you help WhyChat...
Sent a DV letter to WAM and they send me a computer printout. None of the other information requested in the letter was provided. The bill they sent doesnt is incorrect and the hospital on the print out is closed.
What's my next step?
I did send the pre hippa letter to both CA's(EX and EQ).
