Hi, my husband and I own an automotive repair shop, in December he went in the hospital and our checking got wiped out, all of the checks that we had written bounced, the vendors kept resubmitting for payment and I ended up with about 2 grand in bounced fees. All of the checks have been paid, but I have not paid the bounce fees, and now I can't get a checking account because of this. My question is this, I'm thinking of incorporating the business, can I then get a checking account without using my personal information? If not any other ideas, I would appreciate any help greatly.

In some cases yes ..if you have a corp or LLC the banks will only run them and not your social. But it really depends on the bank, they are all different. May I ask where you live?
