I just called Wachovia to talk to them about my new account and they referred me to speak to a specific lady that is handling my account (problems here, just like with WAMU in my other post but no dep. made yet).. The thing that is blowing my mind is that the lady, Mary O'Brian, is the SAME lady who tracked down the Bank by Mail deposit BOA lost last year from me!!! She found it, fixed their errors and fixed the NSF fees because I had tracking proof they lost it and proof of the contents even. Does BOA own Wachovia and I missed this??

Nope, they're separate....but both really big, maybe she took a job with Wachovia?
