Well IC Systems is gone from TU and EX, should be off EQ soon...... after I received a response from the Dr office to my HIPPA w/insert B letter I wrote them back re-iterating that I was well aware that PAID med collection was showing a zero balance, but since I paid them it should not have been there at all. I received a letter today from them stating that although they were right and I was wrong they instructed IC Systems to delete from all 3 CRAs.
As of today it is GONE from TU and EX, EQ always seems to be behind the others so I am being patient.
I CANNOT believe this, as I really thought I was never going to get rid of ICS as I royally messed up the HIPPA Process. My credit is totally clean now, and will stay that way as I have learned so much from CB!!!
