Has anyone had any luck with faxing a dispute to Chex?

I fax all of mine, just make sure you include your social and consumer id on all the pages

By law, they have to investigate and verify any disputed information within 30 days. If they fail to respond or verify your information, all disputed information MUST be removed. Many times, they fail to do so, and your information will be DELETED!

If they do verify your disputed information, send another fax in response and demand that they remove on that basis
