Two years back I had an account with Wells Fargo I moved and didnt have a job for approx 2mo my accouunt became overdrawn at this time due to the direct deposit advances they offer. Im in chex systems but it has not been reported to the cra's yet. So my question is do they report to the CRA's or just chex system? I just got a phone call from ERC. They said they were representing Wells Fargo. First time I have heard anything from them. Just wanting to know should I be expecting a new collection on CRA.

Yes some banks report to the CRAs and others will only report to chexsystems or telecheck. It really depends on the bank. Once a bank turns over an account to a CA , they may report it to the CRA as well.
