Hi all I am new to this i have 2 questions for everyone. Any and all advice is welcome

My daughter had insurance through her god father he had her covered through his company he is worth millions. All the personal bills are sent to his bussiness manager. they handle everything. she had to have an operation when she was 13 or 14 years old. I voiced my concern about this because I didn't want to get stuck with a huge hospital bill. he assured me that tit would all be handled and that the operation was pre approved with the insurance company

Skip to 3 years later I began to get letters at home from collection agencys I was told to forward them to the bussiness manager and they would handle it.

Skip to 8 months later I am told I need to get all my daughters records from birth on in order to clear this up they are claiming it was a pre-existing condition

I can't get the records the office where her doctor from child hood was does not have any records and the doctor has retired and moved away

so now my daughter is 20 and i have paid off a couple of the bills over the last few years the large ones are still on my credit
One was 18 thousand now 32 thousand
another was 1200 now 21oo
the last one was 3400 now over 5000

I have tried to write a letter to one agency the 2100 dollar one to see if i could pay them X amount and then they take it off my credit and we will call it even
Theses people wrote me back a nasty rude letter saying i have no right to negotiate with them i just need to pay what they say or they will continue to distroy my credit

So.... What do I do now?

Second Question On my daughters credit report two of these creditors are reporting on her report how do we get them off. She was just a child she shouldn't be responsible for these
