Why Chat Hi from your directions that I got from your website it says that a bank cashier's check or bank money order. I did the hippa letter with insert A, wrote on the back "For Deposit Only to Dr. xxx" I used the bank cashiers check and the doctors office sent it to the collection agency. They said they had the doctor sign the back of it and endorse it to the collection agency. Should I stop payment on the check because this can be done with the bank cashiers check? What can I do if the collection agency deposits it?

The reason the doctor office does not care if I file a complaint with Hippa or with the state licensing committee for the office not accepting a cash payment is because the doctor is pretty much retired and the son is taking over the practice. The doc does not care about a complaint when he is no longer practicing I guess?
