I am in my 4th payment in the rehab program. DOE is reporting all 10 trade lines on all 3 CRA's.

TU and EQ states that:
" the Estimated date that this item will be removed: 05/2008".
" EX states the items to be removed March 2008"

All the accounts where opened between 1995- 1998(time I was in school), and closed 07/2002.

I still intend to continue with my rehab payments but just out of curiousity, will it really be removed automatically as the credit reports states?, or untill after rehab is complete?

Any info would be appreciated.

Open dates have no relevance with student loans.

They will report for 7 years from your default date. So at least until 7/2009
