Hello everyone. I am a noob here and I appreciate any responses you may give me for this question.

I just pulled my 3 credit reports today and I found that Equifax has my 2 student loan debts (unsub and sub loans) reported 2x (resulting in 4 tradelines). I would not be concerned with this - but these are the only debts I have that have negative marks against them (1x 90 days late and 2x 60 days late in 48 months).

Do I just send in a dispute letter asking them to remove 2 of the loans? If so, which address should I dispute? These loans are PHEAA/EDUCAID loans serviced by Wachovia. They are listing it once with the PHEAA address in Philly and once with the Wachovia address in North Carolina.

Thanks again for any and all help. Hopefully I can get these fixed and work my way back to great credit.
