I was contacted by Windham Professionals about 5 months ago to enter into a rehab deal and get back on track with my student loans. 5 months in, I’m now being contacted by another company CBE Group regarding these same loans.

The CBE Group said that I would need to get all of the account numbers Windham is handling, contacted Windham & they don't have the original account numbers but told me that I could contact edfund to confirm who has the loans and that I could ignore the request from CBE. I’m trying to get all of this back on track without any complications, what would be the best way to handle this so I don’t have CB E trying to come after me.

Windham is quite capable of logging into EDfunds system and they can report what has happened.

I worked Edfund accounts for several years....this sometimes happens, no big deal. Computer glitch.
