I'm looking for a private loan that the school doesn't have to certify, and that has nothing to do with the maximum amount of cost of attendance a school estimates for you.

I will be attending a Community College and there cost of attendance is low, and I really need about $1,500 extra on top of my Stafford and Unsub Loans. And I will need the money immediately, as I'm using the $1,500 as moving expenses back to my home state. So I can't wait for dispersement in January. But I need it to be a school loan, so I won't have to pay it until when I graduate. Is there anything out there for me?

Sorry but I am pretty sure they are not going to dispurse until the term starts....you need to be registered.

Well this semester I'm still enrolled at a school. If I need it right now, should I just apply and put the school I'm at currently? And hopefully get it before end of December?

There are "direct to consumer" private loans that do not require school certification. That means the money is sent directly to you, and no school has to certify your enrollment. They typically have the highest interest and fees of all private or "alternative" student loans, and do NOT defer payments while you're enrolled in school, since enrollment isn't even verified. I strongly recommend looking into other options.
