Got a bill from NCO, sent DV letter got recept signed by NCO rep, NCO claims to have never gotten the letter. Called me last week, Told them It was delivered and signed 2 weeks prior so they better get on the stick and get my validation, They mentioned 2 other accounts in my name, I told them we wont talk about those 2 until I get a bill and DV them to, They said they will go ahead and send me validation for all 3 to make it easier. I agreed, They were actually very nice but from day one I gave spoke with them in a respectable yet aggressive voice with a no BS aditude and had no problem "this time" however 3 weeks now since first DV was signed by them and I have got nothing yet. How long do they have to respond to the DV? If they don't respond in time are they required to eat the debt? Thanks a million.

If this is on a medical account, and you are posting in the medical forum, you should NOT send any DV to any CA.
