If a payment is due on let's say 9/19 and you make the payment on 10/19. Does that make you 30 days late? I am debating this with a co-worker. Please give me some insite.
Thanks...

I am having a debate with a co-worker. If you have an auto loan and the payment was due on 9/19 and you make the payment on 10/19. Are you 30 days late? Do you count actual days and if so is it from 9/20 or from 9/19?
Help me end this debate. Thanks...

I'm not exactly sure but I asked my CC company the same question. My payments are due on the 30th of every month and once I made a payment with my checking acct over the phone on the 28th of the following month and it takes a couple of days to post. The rep told me that it wouldn't have actually gone 30 days until the 5th.

It can also depend on the company who finances. With chrysler financial the CSR to EQ (3 way call with me) that they don't report 30 late until you are 34.
