Back in December 2006 I had to go to the emergency room due to kidney stones. I gave them my insurance card, and according to the hospital, they bill my insurance. Those bill hasn't been paid yet. Now is showing on my report. I talk to the insurance and they stated that all those bill are under investigation. I just recently received the letter stating just that. Now I have some CA after me. So, my questions are:

I know the bill are mine, but should I send copy of the investigation letter to the collection agency or to the hospital, so they can see that it is not that I do not want to pay for it.? Should I request a removal of those bills out of my CR? Really don't know what to!
