I have followed the HIPPA process with the disputes and complaints to the FTC. I ended up with my file at special handling at TU. Can I try the SOL approach now?

I do not know exactly where you are in the process.

You obviously sent the medical dispute and received ?? Do you KNOW who the OC is?? Do you have ANY indication of a CURRENT ongoing relationship/communication between the OC and the CA??

If you send the medical DV/SOL letter to the CA are you at risk for being sued??

If you are sure about who the OC is, and believe that the bill is correct, have you sent the $$ to the OC with the HIPAA letter insert "a"??
