I am getting ready to enter into a Rehab Agreement with the US Dept. of Education.

The only problem is that the agreement they sent me says nothing about Rehab, but instead just has a Repayment Agreement.

Is this just standard procedure, or should I call them and find out the story?

In order to qualify for rehab, you must make 9 payments, hence the repayment agreement. The actual rehab agreement is signed AFTER you qualify.

I figured it was something like that, I just thought I'd see some sort of reference to rehab in the agreement. Good enough.
