I had several medical collections back in 2005. In late 2006, before finding CB, I paid the OC. I then called the Hospital Administrator and he agreed to delete them from my report. He contacted the CA and after a couple of weeks they were deleted.

A couple of months later they showed up again on TU. I again called the Administrator and he had them removed again.

Now for the 3rd time it is back on my report. I’m getting tired of this never-ending cycle. It appears that the CA is the one that is constantly re-inserting the collection on my report. Without alienating the Administrator, how should I attack this monster and get it deleted once-and-for-all.

Your accounts were NOT "deleted" they were "removed".

There is a BIG difference.

Send the CRA's where the accounts are reporting the medical dispute letter,
http://whychat.5u.com/hipltr.html#DISPUTE
( I know, I know, you do not understand why you should claim you have no knowledge or records of the accounts, but trust me, it is the ONLY way to get a letter of DELETION from the CRA)

Make sure you have opted out and deleted old addresses ( if you have moved) before disputing.
