Sent pre hippa letter to Experian for a medical ca..Tommorow will be 2 weeks,no responce from experian yet..
Do they have 2 weeks to espond or 30 days..

it is at least 30 days, maybe 30+5; let me look for it somewhere brb

They have 30 days to respond but you also have to give them 5 days for mail as well. If you used a free annual report then they have 45 days to respond. So give it a few more weeks.
