I am having trouble with CA...Imagine that! I have written three letters to them asking them to assist me in setting up a reasonable and affordable payment plan so I can rehab my loan. However, the only thing I get back is ..."it is extremely diffucult to set up a payment plan through the mail..."In the meantime, I have continued to send monthly on-time payments to the student loan company and not the CA, and each month they cash my check and post the payment to my account. The CA is not even showing up on my CR. I copied the last letter to the SL company and the Obudsman. Any advice? Naturally, the CA says to call them as the above number, blah, blah, blah.

No advice really, just wondering if you don't want to speak with the CA via your home phone, could you use a pay phone for contact. Do they have a 1-800 #? or use a calling card at a pay phone. Which CA is it? I'm dealing with, or suppose to deal with Windham Prof. I personally don't want to call the smarmy jerks myself. My servicing company won't take payments at all I was told.
