Wow, Oslo and NY moved down bigtime from last year. And Reykjavik fell off completely.

LA is wonderful. Very kind people, very similar ideologically to us. Bring your wife, there's enough eye candy for all LOL. You simply must experience Argentina, Colombia (I'd recommend Cartagena, Bogata is kinda dreary), Brasil, and various Caribbean countries to get the entire flavor.

I really wish we'd be building trade relations with LA rather than China, so as to bolster our hemisphere. BTW, on your list I see you've done Far East trips. I've neve really had the desire to experience such a vastly different culture from our own...did you like your experiences?

I've been all across east and southeast Asia. Love the food and people. I've also lived in Japan. Next winter we're taking our first trip to New Zealand. I really hope to get some good hiking in!

That apparently is a beautiful country dude. We had priced it out for our honeymoon and figured the 6k would be better spent on a Puerto Vallarta luxury suite (5k trip) and save another 1k. I'd love to hit NZ though, I'm just a sucker for warm weather and Spanish LOL. What kind of a gringo am I??? rofl.gif
