My loans are currently in rehab.

Will they stay in charge off mode for the duration of the process or
will they report as PP for payment plan?

Thanks!

DH's loans through Texas Guaranty Student Loans are also in rehab. For Equifax it shows as paying as agreed, but the other two CRAs show as in default.
woe is me
My rehab was through EDSI. The TL's listed was USA Funds, and the servicer is Salie Mae. It showed default all the way through rehab, with 32each 120 day lates listed on EQ  . Once rehabed I had to dispute with EQ to get the TL removed. EX removed it automatically, and waiting for results of dispute with TU. Now new loan is only reported on EQ. Just got off the phone with Salie Mae about reporting to EX and TU. Salie mae lost a lawsuit in Florida about reporting to the other 2 and are supposed to start reporting soon. They claim that they are in "Contract negotiations" with EX and TU about reporting and will report retroactivly when they do start reporting.

Hope this helps
Enida Credit
Soon is now, they appeared on my EX file today. Haven't checked TU yet. Bummer!
sundara
anyone had luck to get the orginial loans off - after rehab. the new servicers took off the derogs but the orginal lender I defaulted with reports as a charge off
woe is me
After rehab I did get the defaulted trade lines removed. EX removed automaticaly, Disputed with EQ and TU, and they came off. Now I only have 1 old TL showing on TU. This was a seperate TL from before I defaulted. Seems this loan was sold prior to default. It shows 120 day late. Oddly enough it shows currently 120 days late :? Disputed this with TU, and they have 8 days left before the 30 day dispute period is up. looks like it will get lost, and my reports will be clear of any lates, or negative installment TL's tongue.gif

Oh, and in case anyone wasn't aware, Salie Mae is now reporting to all of the big 3 as well as Inovus.
