Aargon is reporting 6 different accounts on EX (however, it's pretty obvious to me it's merely 3 accounts with VERY slightly different acct #'s and dollar amounts (like 1 account is $177 and the next is $179 from the same month - all 6 are like this) but that is besides the point I guess.

I'm planning on doing the medical dispute letter, should I send just one letter to EX for these 6 accounts, or 3 letters or even 6?

If i should do 6, should I do them all at once, or wait until I get the results before sending the next?

Thanks

there I go again. Irritating you. sorry.gif
well, since I've already removed the doubt of stupidity, I might as well ask my next question: should I send 1 letter to the CRAs for EVERY medical debt they are reporting (regardless of who the CA is) or just one per CA?

Here is what you do:
You dispute medical accounts this way:

Dear CRA,

My name is xxxxx xxxxxx , my SS # is xxx xx xxxx.

I am sending this dispute certified mail # xxxx to make sure you receive it.

I have no knowledge or records of :
(1)account # xxxxx name of CA
(2) account # xxxxx name of CA
(3) account # xxxxx name of CA
(4) account # xxxxx name of CA
(5) account # xxxxx name of CA
(6) account # xxxxx name of CA
on my report # xxxxx.

Please advise me as to the names and addresses of the medical providers for each account, the dates and type of services, and to whom the services were provided.

If you can obtain this information, I also would need the names and addresses of the persons providing this data, and the manner in which it was provided in order that I may pursue additional legal remedies.

Very truly yours,

xxxxxx
Make sure you HAND ADDRESS the envelope, use personalized stationery
and purple or teal font, ( preferably italic).

DO NOT send it RR
WAIT FOR THE FULL RESPONSE FROM THE CRA BEFORE CONTINUING WITH THE HIPAA LETTER PROCESS

Well you made my day. I'm glad I dont irritate you (maybe my self esteem is too low eh? biggrin.gif) and I'm glad you helped with my particular problem. I will keep you updated on this matter.

Thanks again.
