Haven't spoken with OC = Hospital
Have a bill for $480. I did have services at the time and it probably was copay or coinsurance.
Anyway, I owe it. I want to pay the bill but I want it off my reports.

Delete old addresses(as much as possible)
Send medical dispute letter to CRA's reporting on this account. Follow directions carefully.
