I have 2 student loans one that was subsidized and the other was not. I have the loans consolidated now through Citibank, however my Suntech tradeline is showing 17 90+ days late on TU and EQ 19 90+ days late. 12 months was during the deferment. I have tried DV and got nothing. I tried to call them and no one can even find my account? Am I going to be stuck with these?

You are stuck with them until they age off. By law, student loans are required to report factually.

OK...so what happened with Suntech before you consolidated?

I have no clue whether or not it's valid based on what you've posted.

I had mine showing lates on my credit report during deferment when I was in school more than part time. I don't know why it happened as I was never in repayment, but disputing them with with the CRA did have them removed. Perhaps you can just cite that the are in deferment and that no pmts were due.
