How do you tackle old student Loans? I had two student loans from 2000. I quit school back in June 2000. I never paid a dime until 2005 when the garnished them back completly. They were from Sally May and then went to American Studet Assit. says open July 2003 and sally may asy July 2000. So the big question is when will they fall off?

Have you received confirmation that they are in fact paid off?? Where your wages garnished or your tax refund??

They will both fall off around the same time....7 years from the claim paid date, so July 2010. Your open date for SM is totally irrelevant.

They were garnished They both say paid. That would explain it I had thought it would go buy the date that it went default. That means they will be saying a while. At least they are paid.....
