Looks like back in 2002 my wife had some copays ($70) that were never settled. Somehow this ended up on MY report. My only connection is that the primary insurance is in my name and this was the excuse given to be by the CA. I dont mind paying it but AFTER they take it off MY report. Doesnt seem right....

I will try Whychat's letter to dispute but Im just posting for additional suggestions/comments.

That is exactly why its reporting on your CR's.

Opt out and delete old addy's if possible. Have no contact with the CA's.

Send the medical dispute letter to the CRA's
