Does anyone know how to report merchant violations online for Visa?

Does discover allow min purchase requirements? If not can you point me to how ot report a violation on discover.

I already found MC, thank you in advance.

I can not call need to submit it online.

It is my understanding that you must either call or write a snail-mail letter with VISA. They do not have an online option.

Sure it works. Call it, press 1 for english, and then just wait (don't select any other options). You'll get transferred to their customer service. Ask the customer service to file an incident report against a merchant. Just make sure you have the merchant name, phone number, address, and your card number...

If a merchant tries to require ID, immediately call 1-800-VISA-911, press 1, then press 6, then press O twice, and ask to file an incident report.
