Hello bye1.gif

I have 5 older medical collections on my reports. Most of them are small (4 range from $37-$172 and the other is $660). They are all from 3-4 years old and I've never heard anything from the CA's other than an occasional letter or phone call.

They all occurred while I was in school and covered by both the school's insurance as well as my parent's! I was legitimately covered but it was probably my fault in not getting the proper paperwork to the appropriate parties. I'm hoping there is still hope for these. I would even be willing to pay them if they would delete them.

I've read the HIPAA act but it's a bit confusing for a newbie. Any advice on how to approach these would be appreciated. good.gif

Would it be ok to add at the end: If you cannot provide this information, please delete this entry from my credit reports?

Whychat states to send letters as written. Do not add or take away and follow complete instructions.
