PASSED ,,,, now i have to meet district mgr but I met with my would be supervisor and she asked me some questions that were imperative to her and when we were done she said "well I will see you at the other interview next week.." and I said oh OK in surprise and she said "oh they didn't tell you...?" and i said no. She said they already like you so its just the necessary steps.... Talk to you soon...
I am geeked - its in a huge organization that I already have a positive opinion of. and they are willing to pay me about 45k plus bonuses which is before bonuses about 5k more then I made before I was laid off.
Funny thing- I was all down and out about job searching cause the market is so bad and dh told me- YOU have skills, you have good reputation in your field, you have stack of references a mile high AND you carry yourself well.
I shrugged it off- hes my dh hes biased lol... But the main interviewer asked me if I took a interview or job preparation class and i said no- he said oh you interview like no one I have seen for someone your age... which I took as a compliment---- I am under 30 but I have been in my field since I was 14.
Thanks for the good wishes....

Congratulations! I really admire you for picking yourself up right after the layoff and starting the job hunt- not everyone can do that. Good luck with the remainder of the formalities- I know nothing is certain till you have an offer in hand.
You'd mentioned insurance before, I think- if you're comfortable saying, what area of the business? I'm an actuary, so I'm just curious.
Please keep us posted.
