Cable modem and the bare bones tv is 44 a month.
Cell is 65 for 2 lines and just got the Sprint Power vision plan for extra 15.
I'm cutting cost and after tooling my budget I think I should have anywhere from 400-600 a month "extra".
My debt is very very bad. Working on knocking out a couple of cards before end of the 1st qrtr.
15k in credit card and 15 for a consumer loan that was part of upgrading house.
Wifes income will go down in summer from teaching. Thats 1200 gone for two months.
Im torn on the cell and internet only because of Im trying to work side business for real estate investors and I can take pics of potential rehabs and email the investors. If they get the house I get a finders fee from 500- 3k so there is an upside there.
But..I don't want to fool myself either.
Any input would be great.

If your cell phones are a part of your side business - and they help you in communication with your investors then by all means - keep them. How much do you average in a year from your REI activities? I would gess that it is more than you are paying for your phone!

Only now am I starting to get some momentum on REI.
Its two fold if it goes well. I get a finders fee from the investor if the deal closes and I get a refferal from either the real estate agent or the mortgage lender.
I would hate to cut the cell only to miss out on some properties.
Time is money and the faster I can get the word to these investors the faster I can get paid.
If I go and just call and either email them etc then they have to drive to the area then it might not happen.
The email pic can give them a quick overview to decide whether or not to go forward.
But Im open to ideas...

It sounds like it is to your benefit to keep them.

No use in stepping over Dollars to pick up Pennies.

Good luck on the referrals
