Okay, I've been reading and I know that I need to file a complaint with the FTC. Before I do that here's my questions.

I received results from EQ today... However, EX adn TU results aren't due until 11/19. Should I wait for those two before I make the next move and file the FTC complaint and redispute w/ EQ. Or should I go ahead and redispute with EQ w/ my FTC Complaint?

Also, I did not make copies of original disputes. Do I just address the CM number in my new dispute? Can I just say that I sent a dispute on XXXX date, CM #. Can I address it that way if I don't have a copy of the first dispute?

Thank you

I posted the other day about not having my original dispute letters. Further down the page I think.

Thank you

Hope that helped answer your question.
