Whychat,

I recently sent out one medical dispute letter to EQ for 3 medical account that are reporting to all 3 CRA's. It was recieved Oct. 2nd. I noticed that one of the med accounts that I disputed (w/ EQ) was marked (Consumer Dispute) by TU eventhough, I haven't disputed it with them yet.

You later informed me that this was appropriate that it was noted in dispute w/ TU. I am planning to send med dispute letters to TU & Ex tomorrow. My question is.. For my letter to TU can I dispute the medical account that was disputed (From EQ dispute letter). Eventhough it shows consumer dispute and I did not formally dispute it with them (TU)... can I still include it in my letter.

Thanks for your help. You've helped me out so much smile.gif

Yes. the notification of A dispute was from the CA to the CRA, not from you. YOU need to enter YOUR dispute directly to the CRA yourself.
