Has anyone used this company before? I have Direct Unsubsidized loans and with everything I have read my loans should automaticly go back to the original lender as soon as my rehab is up, but the fact that a collection company is handling things makes me nervous.

You need to do a search about rehab. It's fine. NCO has to handle the rehab.

I've done the searches and understand how the rehab process works. I don't want to make the mistake that some have as far as consolidation before the loan is officialy considered rehab. I just didn't find any posts where anyone delt with NCO. Lots of AES.

They're here but they all work the same; they are regulated by the DOE.
