So, I'm starting a graduate certificate program at a large state university starting in the spring semester.
It's a four-class program. My intent is to take one class spring, two summer, and final on in the fall.
Can I take federal student loans for this - and to what degree since I will be a part time student...

4 hours would not put you at the part time level so you would not qualify for federal aid. The summer 2 classes might though.
