Does anyone know the name of a higher up at Direct Loans? With the recent security failure, my SSN was compromised due to the account number of the loans being my SSN.

I'm going to demand the account number be changed, but I need someone who can and will actually read my letters, rather the morons who usually answer the mail.

If the lender isn't cooperating with you, you can always discuss it with your Ombudsman.
