I wrote yesterday and when I relooked at my thread, the post may have seemed pretty confusing and not clear. So, I am trying again since no one responded.


I have a few C/O's on my CR.. ALL of them except CAP 1 show a zero balance. CAP 1 shows the balance. I know nothing is "usual" in the credit world, but just wanted to know if any of you with c/o's still have a balance showing on your c/o.

You would get better response if you posted this in the credit forum instead of the the medical billing and medical collections forum.

But to answer your question, if there is no CA collecting on the Cap1 account then yes the balance can show on there.
