#1 will this only work if i can pay in full? I ask because i have a $1000 medical and i can pay it off in say 3 payments but not all at once. is it all or nothing or can i word the hipaa letter benifit me in a way. maybe i could make payments to the oc until the last payment then send them the hipaa letter, but doing that would reage the account and i dont want to do that either just incase it doesnt get deleted.
#2 i have 2 accounts from the same ca in regaurds to the same OC. the local hospital in this case. do i send 2 differnt hipaa letters to the oc 1 for each account or do i send i letter to the oc which includes both accounts?
