WTH is up with their website??? I called today because it won't let me make online payments and the CSR laughed and said they are doing a "major" system upgrade and they have NO IDEA when it will be finished. Until then making extra payments online is not possible.

LAME LAME LAME.

how about keeping the old website up until the new one is ready?????

until then I have to SNAIL MAIL additional payments.

Well I would guess that's "what's up" with the website is that it's being redone. smile.gif

Cool down, Geronimo. LOL It's not that big a deal is it? You can't do the payments through your bill pay at your bank?

bill pay??? you want me to learn something new??? LOL.

I have to MAIL a 5K payment...that means a few extra days of interest for them.

They should at least have a disclaimer:

Only you hege, only you.

Ya know, I wouldn't mind if you accidently redirect that payment to me ...
hegemony
ok. I had a large (extra) payment scheduled for last week. logged in the day after it was schedule and it is no longer listed. not listed in payments. not listed in pending payments. they have not taken the money from my checking account. this is about the third time a scheduled payment has gone missing.

is this just a way for them to try to squeeze more interest from me?

or are their programmers so bad they actually fail to process payments?
hegemony
my payment shows up 8 days after it was scheduled. they are clearly just trying to milk me for more interest.
