DH has 2 loans thru SLM that are reporting under both his his SS# as account number and the actual acct#.
Needless to say they report the exact same information and are not positive accounts.
How can I have the duplicate accounts removed? I've tried thru CRA's they just keep verifying. SLM says they can't change the reporting.
