I requested a copy of my student history as I just paid off my student loan with Citibank and they sent me a statement with codes and fees. I am waiting for them to open so I can ask what the last fee is for and so they can send me info that shows I do indeed owe this $1275. I only took 2 classes and just paid $2700 off in student loans so I dont see how. This is what statement says:

First line is application fee 0.00, second line is my first course, third line is payment from Citi, fourth line is payment from Citi, fifth line is my second course, and sixth line I have no idea what it is. Does anyone have a clue before I get to call them? Thanks.

The way I am reading it is return to lender. Looks like you had aid returned because you only took two courses. Call university of phoenix

I'm going to cal them when they open. I just went to Citi to check my disbursement info. It says this:
6/2/03 $1313.00 loan disbursed
12/4/03 $1312.00 loan cancelled

So it looks like 1 loan was cancelled. I just want to know where they get their ending figure. I'll have to call.

So I paid this account because it was legitimate and my account will come off of "hold" in 72 hours. I need my transcript by MONDAY 8/1. I was wondering if anyone else had experience with UOP and if there hold really will be for 72 hours? Thanks.
