Would writing a good will letter work to get a cllctn agncy to remove an acct for a student loan once its paid in full? What about for the oc for the account?

I just spoke to my OG about this and they told me to have the guarantor send them a letter and they would remove the neg.

OG???? What is that??

The guarantor is not going to send anyone a letter to change reporting. By law, all parties are required to report accurately.
